Morgan Raybon

Mrs. Raybon was born and raised in Rutherford County, having earned her B.S. in Organizational Communication from Middle Tennessee State University. She and her family have spent the last several years living and working in Brussels, Belgium where she learned to speak French, served in women’s and children’s ministry at her church, and homeschooled her oldest of three children. She is excited to be back in her hometown and feels privileged to be a part of ACAR’s mission to train young minds and guide them toward a life filled with moral and civic virtue.
Why I Love Working at a Hillsdale School
Through my experience at the 2026 Summer Conference, I was reminded afresh that classical education is not simply about the act of transferring knowledge, but the handing down of virtue and culture. In other words, our chief end is to train not only the mind but also the heart; what we teach our students to do with the knowledge they are given is perhaps of even greater consequence than the knowledge itself.
