American Classical Academy Rutheford is now accepting applications for grades K-6th Grade for the 2025-2026 school year. The lottery enrollment portal is now open until January 31, 2025 for the 2025-26 enrollment. Re-enrollment for current families will open January 8, 2025. There are still openings for families wanting to enroll for the 2024-2025 school year.

Step 1: Submit Enrollment Application
American Classical Academy Rutherford’s general application process will remain open until the beginning of the school year in Fall 2024, and students will be seated in the order they apply until all seats are filled. Once all seats are filled, students who apply will be put on the waitlist until a seat has become available.
To apply, please create a parent portal in SchoolMint to complete and submit an enrollment application. If you have questions, please contact us.
Step 2: Look for an Acceptance Email
Families who have completed and submitted an enrollment application should look our for an acceptance email. Those with an offered seat(s) will be prompted to complete your student’s registration following Step 3 below. If you have not received this email after applying, please contact our office at [email protected].
Step 3: Complete Registration
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO FINALIZE ENROLLMENT
You MUST have ALL of these documents in order to be verified to begin at American Classical Academy Rutherford.
* Birth Certificate *Cannot be a card, MUST be the original form with parent info*
* Parent/Guardian ID
* Two (2) Proof of residency (utility bills – must be within the last 30 days)
* Utility bill (water, sewer, electric, gas)
* Mortgage or lease
* Bank statement
* Homeowner’s Insurance
* Immunization Records or an exemption letter.
* Proof of Custody court documents, if applicable
* EP/IEP/504 plans (if applicable)
