Meet the Head of School

Allen Beck was appointed interim Head of School in December 2025. His
appointment will extend through June of 2026 when a permanent Head of School
will be put in place.

Originally from Canada, Dr. Beck immigrated to the United States in 1998 and
was granted US Citizenship in 2008. Dr. Beck has had a rich history in
international business, living in and working in multiple countries across 5
continents. The cross-cultural experiences have served him well over the past
50 years in management and ownership roles, and in launching businesses
across multiple industries, consulting, coaching, and mentoring individuals and in
the development of leadership teams.

Dr. Beck has an undergraduate BSc., and MBA from Arizona State University,
Tempe, AZ. His doctoral studies include Organizational psychology and
Behavioral psychology from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ.

Dr. Beck’s initial affiliation with American Classical Academy Rutherford as a 4th
grade teacher in ACAR’s first school year of 2024/25. A love of teaching across
many levels of development and truly a life-long learner, Dr. Beck brings years of
people development and a pursuit of organizational and behavioral initiatives to
the role of Head of School at American Classical Academy Rutherford.
