What a Visit Involves
A morning, not a sales pitch

About an hour, on a school morning
Plan for roughly sixty minutes. Tours run while classes are in session, so you see the school as it truly is — calm, orderly, and full of learning.

Real classes, and children are welcome
You will visit live Grammar School and Upper School classrooms — not a slideshow. Bring your child; seeing them among their would-be classmates often answers more than we can.

Time with a member of our team
A member of our staff walks with you the whole way, answers every question about the Hillsdale curriculum, enrollment and daily life, and never rushes you to the door.

Our campus sits on the Rutherford–Davidson county line, about twenty minutes from downtown Nashville and easily reached from La Vergne, Smyrna and Murfreesboro. Free parking is available in the lot directly in front of the building, and the main entrance is where you check in.

If a weekly tour or a Parent Info Event does not suit you, our Head of School talks through the enrollment process and the curriculum on video, and our team is glad to answer questions by phone.

Begin your child’s classical education
Enrollment is tuition-free, with no entrance exam. If you already know this is the school for your family, there is no need to wait for a tour.
