Dr. Allen Beck
Director of Operations
Dr. Allen Beck serves as Director of Operations at American Classical Academy Rutherford (ACAR).
Dr. Beck holds a B.Sc. in Business and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. His doctoral studies, through Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, include Organizational Psychology and Behavioral Psychology, and he gives back to his alma mater by serving as a content expert for candidates completing their doctoral dissertations.
Originally from Canada, Dr. Beck immigrated to the United States in 1998 and became a U.S. citizen in 2008. He has worked across different industries and lived in multiple countries on five continents, and those cross-cultural experiences have served him well. His roles have included business ownership, executive management, consulting, and mentoring individuals in leadership competencies across many industries. He first joined ACAR as a 4th grade teacher in the school’s first year, 2024–25.
A lifelong learner with a love of teaching across many levels of development, Dr. Beck brings a focus on organizational and behavioral initiatives to his current role.
