Dr. Allen Beck

Originally from Canada, Dr. Beck immigrated to the United States in 1998 and
was granted US Citizenship in 2008. His work internationally, living and working
in multiple countries across 5 continents, have served him well. From his roots in
voice and data communications he has held responsibilities in the corporate
sector working to develop businesses across multiple industries. From business
ownership in the technology and manufacturing sectors, he went on to share the
learning in the private practice of organizational consulting, coaching, and
mentoring.
He has a BSc., Business, and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business
at Arizona State University, Tempe. His doctoral studies include Organizational
Psychology and Behavioral Psychology from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix,
AZ. He continues to serve in an adjunct faculty role as Content Expert to
doctoral candidates working to complete their dissertation.

He has filled various roles at American Classical Academy Rutherford; as a 4th
grade teacher in 2024/25, interim Head of School in 2025/26, and in his current
role as ACAR’s Director of Operations. A love of working across many levels of
management, and truly a life-long learner, he brings 54 years of development to
the pursuit of organizational initiatives.
