Office Manager
Ms. Lisa Felts is the Office Manager at American Classical Academy Rutherford.
After 39 years at Ingram Entertainment, Ms. Felts was faced with a career change. She has always loved working with children and youth at her church, with a compassion to help shape their futures, so when she learned that ACAR was buying the building she already worked in, it seemed like a perfect fit. She jokes that she came with the building.
As Office Manager, she brings years of experience and a detail-oriented approach, with a strong background in overseeing daily administrative operations and supporting teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Ms. Felts feels blessed every day to help the families and love on the students. Her purpose is to always be welcoming and positive, helping parents feel comfortable leaving their children at ACAR knowing they are being taken care of. She is guided by a favorite quote from Nelson Mandela: “History will judge us by the difference we make in the everyday lives of children.”
