Mesha Coplen
After School Coordinator & School Aide
Mesha Coplen is the After School Coordinator and a School Aide at American Classical Academy Rutherford (ACAR). Mesha Coplen’s background includes child psychology and clinical psychology with organizational behavior, and Mesha is a Registered Behavior Technician.
As director of aftercare, Mesha Coplen enjoys creating a safe, encouraging environment where students can learn, build character, and feel supported each day, and has a passion for serving children and helping them grow both academically and personally.
Mesha Coplen loves being part of a school that values academic excellence, strong character, and timeless virtues, and finds it rewarding to help students develop not only knowledge but also integrity and a love of learning. A favorite quotation, from Aristotle: “The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet.”
Outside of school, Mesha Coplen designs custom floral gifts through their business, Crowned Blooms Designed by Mesha, serves in their church, and enjoys spending time with family and their dog.
