Michelle Morrison
Kindergarten Teacher
Michelle comes to ACAR from Franklin, PA where she served 20 years with the Pennsylvania State Police. For 12 years, she held the position of Community Service Officer, School Resource Officer, and Public Information Officer, conducting lessons and presentations for students in Pre-K through college. She also taught a character development program for three years for students in grades 3-5. In 2023, Michelle retired from PSP to homeschool her two youngest daughters utilizing a classical curriculum and led 7th grade students during their weekly meetings. An ardent fan of Hillsdale College, Michelle is thrilled to join the ACAR team and is eager to support and nurture her students to grow in virtue and knowledge. She has a desire to contribute positively to the community around her and has a genuine enthusiasm for engaging students. Michelle and her husband Jason have five daughters, two grandsons, and a toy yorkie-poo named Bilbo Baggins. She enjoys family time, fitness, hiking, and exploring their new home state of Tennessee.
