Ms. Eichholz
Physical Ed Teacher
Miss Eichholz grew up in South Elgin, Illinois (a suburb of Chicago). She graduated from Hillsdale College with a B.A. in Physical Education. During her time at Hillsdale, she was a four-year varsity letter winner in NCAA D2 softball, she led her team to two NCAA regional appearances, a G-MAC regular season championship, and a G-MAC tournament championship. Among those awards, she was also awarded a two-time G-MAC second-team player. She was a sorority member, Kappa Kappa Gamma, at Hillsdale and held a leadership position in the house.
Miss. Eichholz is passionate about physical education and is a CrossFit trainer during the summers. She has competed in many different functional training competitions like DEKA. She believes every student deserves the opportunity to participate in physical education, no matter their background. She believes that through physical education, students can grow in character and virtue, learn the foundation of a healthy lifestyle, and experience how a healthy body contributes to a healthy mind.
